WebFiling is the safe and reliable way to file your company information online. As well as saving you money on your Annual Return (£15), WebFiling allows you to file most of your company information free of charge. This includes changes to your registered office address (form 287) director and secretary changes. Click here for a list of documents.
To use WebFiling first register for a Security Code (which is emailed to you), and next register for an Authentication Code (which is posted to the company’s registered office address).
Data can be filed online for company numbers that contain all digits e.g. 9000012 or are prefixed by SC e.g. SC123456. For further information on the Annual Return submission and a list of filing exceptions click here.
The service is available for the submission of data between 7am and midnight Monday to Saturday. |
