If you need to file a confirmation statement
You can try our File a confirmation statement service if you're filing for a private company limited by shares that has:
- only one shareholder
- between 1 and 5 officers
- 5 people with significant control (PSCs) or less
- already provided the Companies House personal code for all of its directors
If you need to file a charge (mortgage) document
You must sign in here if you need to file a charge (mortgage) document using a lender authentication code. Do not connect your account to GOV.UK One Login, as this will prevent you from filing charges.
